At Steps New York, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached; please note that final sale items and intimates are not eligible for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print your prepaid shipping label or choose to return your items in person at any Steps New York boutique location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
